Senior Corporate Counsel | London | 4 to 7 PQE
An opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join the European legal team of a major international trading and investment business.
The role offers genuine breadth across corporate and commercial work, investments, strategic projects, governance, regulatory matters and compliance. You will advise management and business teams across the UK and Europe, working closely with colleagues internationally.
The ideal candidate will have strong private practice training and a corporate, M&A or transactional background, alongside experience of cross border matters. In house experience is welcome but not essential.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities and wants to develop as a broad based commercial lawyer. There is also a strong focus on improving legal processes and the practical use of technology and AI.
London based, with an international remit.
