Full-Time On-site
Kingsley Green Recruitment group

We are working with a leading construction business looking to appoint a Paralegal on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to support its legal team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in construction litigation and downstream construction claims, looking to join a busy in-house environment and gain exposure to a broad range of contentious matters.

The successful candidate will support the legal team with the management of construction disputes and claims, working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management of construction litigation and downstream construction claims.
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
  • Managing claim files, maintaining documentation and monitoring key deadlines.
  • Supporting solicitors and the wider legal team with dispute resolution matters.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external solicitors and other relevant parties.
  • Assisting with the gathering of evidence, reviewing contractual documentation and preparing case materials.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal within construction litigation.
  • Experience supporting downstream construction claims and disputes.
  • A good understanding of construction contracts and the claims process.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to work effectively within a busy legal team and manage matters with minimal supervision.

This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal with relevant construction disputes experience to join an established legal team on an initial 6-12 month contract.
