Head of Corporate

We are looking for an exceptional Interim Head of Corporate to lead and manage a high-performing legal corporate team within a major FTSE 100 business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded corporate leader who thrives on pace, complexity and getting deals done.

You will take ownership of the corporate agenda, leading the team across the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including M&A, divestments, joint ventures and complex buying and selling activity.

We need someone who can hit the ground running, bring energy and clarity, confidently manage senior stakeholders and keep multiple high-value transactions moving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

You will:

• Have proven experience leading corporate teams in a complex, fast-moving business.
• Have extensive experience across the full spectrum of corporate activity.
• Have the commercial instinct and judgement to navigate complex transactions and influence at senior level.
• Have the leadership presence to motivate, manage and get the very best from a team.
• Be hands-on, pragmatic approach and the ability to make an immediate impact.
• Be availability to start at short notice.
