Kingsley Consulting is working in partnership with an award-winning Roofing Contracting group, who are experiencing more positive growth in 2025. This business is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Pre-Construction Co-Ordinator. The Pre-Construction Co-Ordinator will provide contractual and document administrative support to the Pre-Construction Team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all project-related activities. Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 [Depending on Experience] + Company Bonus, Pension & Additional Benefits Location: Wirral Key Responsibilities: Maintain an efficient document control system to ensure accurate tracking and storage of project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accurate. Organise, categorise, and manage document control policies in a systematic manner for consistency, easy reference and retrieval. Communicate with clients regularly and provide them with project updates, timelines, and other relevant information. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project activities are aligned with project and contractual timelines and budgets. Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts. Collaborate with the wider projects team to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a contract administration, project co-ordination and/or document control. Familiarity with document management systems and software would be beneficial. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
