Role Description A Solicitor specialising in Insolvency & Restructuring. The role is a full-time, on-site / hybrid based at either our Clapham Junction or Moorgate offices . The role involves with insolvency and restructuring matters, including preparing and organising legal documents, drafting correspondence . Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate files, scheduling meetings and hearings, managing diaries, and tracking key deadlines. The Solicitor will liaise with clients, courts, and third parties, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on case developments.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Laws of insolvency and restructuring, with experience supporting and advising Insolvency Practitioners.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing documents and correspondence.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, courts, and colleagues, both in writing and verbally.
- Solid administrative capabilities, including file management, scheduling, diary management, and general office requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Legal Practice, ideally within a commercial, insolvency, or litigation practice.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
- Confidence using legal case management systems and standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
