Company Description Kingsley Bond Solicitors Insolvency & Restructuring team provides both contentious and non contentious legal services to Insolvency Practitioners The firm focuses on bespoke legal advice tailored to the specific needs of each matter, with a strong client-centered approach, the team builds lasting relationships and provides practical, cost-effective legal solutions. The role is a full-time, on-site / hybrid based at either our Clapham Junction or Moorgate offices . The role involves with insolvency and restructuring matters, including preparing and organising legal documents, drafting correspondence . Strong understanding of Laws of insolvency and restructuring, with experience supporting and advising Insolvency Practitioners. Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing documents and correspondence. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, courts, and colleagues, both in writing and verbally. Solid administrative capabilities, including file management, scheduling, diary management, and general office requirements Demonstrated experience in Legal Practice, ideally within a commercial, insolvency, or litigation practice. Confidence using legal case management systems and standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
