Our client is a leading global payments and foreign exchange provider, supporting corporates, institutions, and high net worth individuals with seamless cross-border transactions and risk management solutions. With decades of market experience, a strong international footprint, and robust regulatory infrastructure, the business combines advanced technology with deep market expertise to deliver 24/7 access and high-quality service across global markets. The organisation is driven by a collaborative, high-performance culture, with a strong focus on innovation, client outcomes, and long-term partnerships.

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across the partner ecosystem—identifying strategic partners, developing joint value propositions, and delivering scalable revenue through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. This is a consultative, insight-driven role, where you will own the full partner lifecycle—from origination and onboarding through to enablement, go-to-market execution, and revenue generation. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance, you will engage senior stakeholders across partner organisations to deliver solutions spanning international payments, FX, and risk management.

The role sits across three strategic areas:

  • Payment Solutions – partnering with ISVs, PSPs, SaaS platforms, and marketplaces to embed payment capabilities and drive integrated propositions
  • Corporate FX & Risk Management – working with advisors, finance boutiques, and intermediaries to deliver tailored FX and hedging solutions
  • Private Clients – collaborating with wealth managers, family offices, and property/relocation networks to support HNW and UHNW clients

Success in this role comes from combining commercial acumen with market insight—building joint pipelines, enabling partner sales teams, and delivering measurable partner-driven revenue.

    • Drive co-selling initiatives and joint account planning with partners
    • Work cross-functionally to enhance product offerings and partner propositions
    • Share market and partner feedback to inform product and strategy development
