This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-growing sales team within a global payments and FX business. You will operate in a strategic, client-facing role focused on driving new business, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored FX and international payment solutions to corporate clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help businesses manage currency risk, optimise FX strategies, and navigate global markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Build relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and senior decision-makers
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored FX and payment solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with wider business objectives
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring smooth client onboarding
Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track all client interactions
  • Monitor performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Continuously refine sales approach based on data and results
Compliance & Risk
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Conduct due diligence on prospective clients to manage risk

  • Delivery against revenue targets
