This is an opportunity to join a high‑performing, fast‑growing sales team within a global payments and FX business. You will operate in a strategic, client‑facing role focused on driving new business, building long‑term relationships, and delivering tailored FX and international payment solutions to corporate clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help businesses manage currency risk, optimise FX strategies, and navigate global markets. Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Build relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and senior decision‑makers
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored FX and payment solutions
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with wider business objectives
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring smooth client onboarding
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all client interactions
- Monitor performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Continuously refine sales approach based on data and results
