An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding FamilySupport Worker to work with children and their families during thesechallenging times.
This is a varied role that focusses in particularon supporting the Designated Safeguarding Leads in promoting the safety andwellbeing of our children and their families.
The job purpose is to ensure effective advice,guidance and support for families, children and young people in order toencourage engagement, raise standards, aspirations and facilitate academicprogress.
You will have experience of making referrals,undertaking home visits and providing practical help and support to families.
