This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with some experience in property law to develop their career within a supportive, friendly, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors in handling a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
- Draft and prepare documents such as contracts, leases, and Land Registry forms
- Conduct legal research, due diligence, and title investigations
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, and other third parties
- Manage files, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide administrative and case management support to fee earners
About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within commercial or residential property
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC desirable but not essential)
