This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with insurance brokers, and opening doors through effective, phone-led conversations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Proactively engage prospects by phone, introducing services and building rapport
- Navigate gatekeepers and secure conversations with key decision-makers
- Deliver tailored proposals that clearly demonstrate value to insurance brokers
- Close deals through persuasive communication and clear value propositioning
- Manage sales pipelines and performance tracking using CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Background in sales or business development (B2B or similar environments)
- Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking to new contacts by phone
- Ability to handle objections, generate interest, and secure decision-maker engagement
