Overview
Our client is an independent family-run distributor of medical products and chemist sundry lines to the UK independent pharmacy market. They have an exciting new employment opportunity in a sales/marketing role, where the successful applicant would join a friendly and ambitious team within a dynamic small business environment. A competitive salary and benefits package are available.
The Role
- Provide support and cover for the Sales & Marketing team
- Organise sales and marketing campaigns
- Prepare sales representative and customer presentations
- Conduct market research for new products
- Contribute to the company\’s social media and online platforms
- Participate in trade exhibitions
- Distribute printed materials to potential customers
The Person
- Articulate with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills for dealing with customers and suppliers
- Good administrative skills necessary
- Basic IT skills important; familiarity with social media advantageous
