We’re seeking a results-driven Retail Manager with a strong track record in automotive sales to take charge of sales operations and inspire a high-performing team. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding results, leading from the front, and maximising both sales and finance opportunities, this role could be your next career move.

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven Automotive Sales Executive background (minimum requirement)
  • Strong financial & commercial understanding
  • Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to exceed potential
  • Demonstrated success in driving finance and add-on performance
  • Excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team towards shared objectives and personal goals

Preferred Background

  • High-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager experience

The Role

You’ll be leading a team to exceed sales, finance, and add-on targets while ensuring exceptional customer service at every step. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where your leadership will directly impact performance.
