Conveyancing Assistant must have experience with building societies and estate agents, completing SDLT forms, opening client files using the Firm’s case management system, carrying out registrations and post completion duties, sending quotes and taking instructions from clients, preparing and dealing with completions, accounts, SDLTs and invoices, drafting Contracts for sale files, and dealing with the general day to day running of a sale file, taking the matter up to exchange, reporting to clients on Mortgage offers, checking and raising enquiries in relation to searches, and drafting and preparing search reports.
