This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently.
Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other residential property transactions.
Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
Ensure all transactions are progressed efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate file management and case records.
Requirements Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and client care skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer will all be considered.
