This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Paralegal looking to develop their career in a leading firm known for its supportive culture, high-quality work, and strong reputation across the South of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fee earners in managing a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, leases, and title reports
- Conduct due diligence, Land Registry searches, and property investigations
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, local authorities, and third parties
- Maintain accurate file management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in managing caseloads efficiently and proactively under supervision
About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal within real estate, commercial property, or conveyancing
- Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client service ethic and a professional approach
- Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC or SQE advantageous)
