Our client is the world’s leading independent media specialist whochampion professionalism and innovation within the advertising industry, ensuring their clients business is given the care and attention essential to a successful partnership. They are now looking for a Media Executive to join their growing team.
The Role
- Assist the account team in delivery management of media owner deals/campaign deliveries
- Establish relationships with clients and participate in client meetings and presentations
- Support Account team in ad hoc client requests and calls.
- Complete key client reports including buying results and market competitive reporting.
- Be involved in extracurricular activations such as Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing Committees etc.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings
- Support with the preparation of pitch material for Business Development, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in international briefs and planning.
The Person
Whilst this is an entry level position some media agency experience would be preferable. Other key attributes include:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to use initiative.
- Honesty and reliability.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Previous knowledge of industry tools (AdIntel, TGI, GWI) preferrable but not essential
