Location: South London (Croydon & Wimbledon area)

Contract: Full-Time, Initial 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

The firm focuses exclusively on privately funded family law matters and is looking for a motivated solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to support its expanding client base and growing caseload.

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of private family law matters
  • Assisting senior solicitors on complex and high-value cases
  • Conducting client meetings and providing practical legal advice
  • Drafting court documents, agreements, and correspondence
  • Attending court hearings and liaising with Counsel where required
  • Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the firm

About You

  • 1–4 years’ PQE within family law
  • Strong experience handling private family law matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong drafting and organisational abilities
  • Ability to manage a busy workload independently and collaboratively
  • Professional, proactive, and motivated approach
