About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Assistant to support our growing recruitment business. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing high-quality candidates, advertising vacancies, supporting client relationships, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of talent for live vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
  • Source and identify suitable candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruitment tools.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews and qualification calls.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies.
  • Send candidate marketing campaigns, mailers, and recruitment communications.
  • Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
  • Speak professionally with candidates and clients via phone, email, and video calls.
  • Assist consultants with vacancy management and candidate submissions.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support business development activities when required.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are completed in line with company standards and compliance requirements.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales support, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CV-Library, Reed, or similar recruitment platforms is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
