This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience or a keen interest in property law to develop their career within a supportive firm that values collaboration, client service, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support solicitors with residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters
- Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct searches, title checks, and Land Registry applications
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Provide general administrative support to fee earners and assist in progressing cases efficiently
About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal within residential or commercial property is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC/SQE advantageous but not essential)
