We’re looking for a skilled Group Risk Account Handler with proven experience in Group Risk / Health & Private Medical Insurance to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll manage renewals as your primary focus, while also seizing opportunities to handle new business. You’ll be working closely with valued clients, delivering tailored advice and ensuring the highest service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a broker in Group Risk / Health & Private Medical Insurance (non-negotiable)
- Account Executive background within a brokerage setting
- GCSE Maths & English
- In-depth knowledge of Health / Private Medical Insurance products
- Specific broker experience in this sector

Salary Brackets
- £30k – Entry-level for the role: 2+ years’ brokerage experience with strong capability
- Up to £55k – 6–7+ years’ proven success advising high-value clients and delivering exceptional results
