We are proud to be partnering with a logistics provider, currently seeking a proactive and organised Export Operations Coordinator to join their Gatwick-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid knowledge of export procedures who’s confident in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent service.
- Managing full-cycle export shipments (Air, Road & Sea) with clear, timely client updates
- Advising on export documentation, customs regulations, and destination-specific requirements
- Coordinating with airlines, hauliers, and shipping lines for competitive rates and efficient movements
- Liaising with overseas agents and managing door-to-door logistics
- Preparing accurate quotations and handling client communications via phone and email
- Managing essential export documents (Carnets, EUR1s, Certificates of Origin, etc.)
- Handling Export Controls, including licence applications and ITAR permits
- Booking courier exports via various online platforms
- Supporting warehouse activities: packing, labelling, and freight handling
- Managing multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Ensuring prompt and accurate invoicing of completed export jobs
- Strong working knowledge of export regulations and customs for Air, Road, and Sea freight
- Familiarity with Dangerous and Restricted goods procedures
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple client accounts
- Top-tier communication and client service skills
- A team-oriented mindset with confidence to work independently
- A hands-on attitude and strong organisational skills under pressure
- A full, clean UK driving licence
