Conveyancing Assistant must have experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- liaising with various stakeholders of the Firm including clients, banks, building societies and estate agents
- completing SDLT forms
- opening client files using the Firm’s case management system
- carrying out registrations and post completion duties
- sending quotes and taking instructions from clients
- preparing and dealing with completions including document prep, accounts, letters, SDLTs and invoices
- drafting Contracts for sale files and dealing with the general day to day running of a sale file
- taking the matter up to exchange
- reporting to clients on Mortgage offers
- checking and raising enquiries in relation to searches and drafting and preparing search reports
