We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Account Manager / Sales Executive with experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) to join a dynamic and growing team. This role involves managing and expanding client relationships while driving sales within the SaaS sector.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong customer relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer success with our client’s products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about SaaS sales and excellent communication skills to advance their career.
The Role
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary contact, ensuring excellent service and support. Understand client needs and align them with SaaS solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client portfolio. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
- Client Onboarding & Support: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, collaborating with technical and support teams. Provide ongoing support and training to promote high product adoption and usage.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams to deliver excellent service. Track activity and sales using CRM systems, and report regularly on performance and customer satisfaction.
The Person
- Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years in SaaS sales or account management with a successful track record.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders.
- Client-Focused Approach: Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of SaaS Solutions: Understanding of SaaS products with the ability to explain features simply.
- Problem Solving: Analytical skills and strategic thinking to meet client needs.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
