The Role

This is a senior-level front-end sales role โ€” focused entirely on winning new business. You wonโ€™t be involved in recruitment or candidate sourcing. Instead, your focus will be on creating opportunities: generating leads, building relationships, securing meetings, and winning job briefs or contracts for our internal teams to fulfil.

Weโ€™re looking for someone with credibility, energy, and the ability to open doors and build partnerships at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across Commercial, Public Sector, Education, Logistics, and FMCG sectors
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, networking, and warm leads
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including HR, Procurement, and Operational leaders
  • Secure client meetings, deliver compelling proposals, and close new business
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover of all new opportunities
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, track activity, and report on performance

What We\โ€™re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Recruitment industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at a senior level
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach
  • UK-based with the right to work, and comfortable working remotely
