As we continue to grow, weโre seeking a results-driven, commercially-minded Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint and bring new clients and contracts on board.
The Role
This is a senior-level front-end sales role โ focused entirely on winning new business. You wonโt be involved in recruitment or candidate sourcing. Instead, your focus will be on creating opportunities: generating leads, building relationships, securing meetings, and winning job briefs or contracts for our internal teams to fulfil.
Weโre looking for someone with credibility, energy, and the ability to open doors and build partnerships at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities across Commercial, Public Sector, Education, Logistics, and FMCG sectors
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, networking, and warm leads
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including HR, Procurement, and Operational leaders
- Secure client meetings, deliver compelling proposals, and close new business
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover of all new opportunities
- Maintain a strong pipeline, track activity, and report on performance
What We\โre Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Recruitment industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at a senior level
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach
- UK-based with the right to work, and comfortable working remotely
