We are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive NQ to 5+ PQE, to work at our Leeds office dealing with a mixed litigation caseload, predominantly focused on property litigation and professional negligence. Main Responsibilities:
- A qualified Solicitor.
- NQ to 5+ Years PQE in Litigation, Professional Negligence, Property Litigation and/or Contentious Probate.
- Highly motivated, self-driven and professional.
- Able to see clients, take instructions and offer advice.
- Prepare and deal with cases from inception to conclusion taking full responsibility for those matters allocated to you.
- Maintain accurate time recording, ensuring the accurate billing of matters you have handled.
- To be familiar with current rules relating to the professional conduct of solicitors.
- Assist the senior members of the team when required.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to professionally manage a busy caseload with attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits
- £45,000 upwards (commensurate to experience) + generous bonus scheme.
- Hybrid working – 60% office-based, 40% working from home (you are also welcome to work in the office full time if you prefer). After initial office-based training period.
