We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.
This is a busy, high-volume contact centre where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve a wide range of enquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing efficient and professional support while ensuring every customer receives the best possible service.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls in a busy contact centre environment.
- Resolving customer queries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Investigating customer issues and identifying the most appropriate solutions.
- Providing accurate information about products, services and customer accounts.
- Updating customer records accurately using internal CRM and business systems.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve more complex enquiries.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets, including quality and customer satisfaction.
- Building positive relationships with customers through every interaction.
- Maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude during busy periods.
- What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is motivated to make a positive difference with every customer interaction.
You’ll ideally have
- Around 12 months’ experience within a customer-facing role such as customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, reception or sales support.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner.
- The ability to remain calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions.
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
