We are seeking to recruit an experienced property secretary / administrator who is diligent, self-motivated and a fast learner. The successful candidate will be working alongside one of our dedicated property teams and will have experience in managing the administration / secretarial duties associated ideally with both commercial and residential property including drafting documents, invoices, organising payments, exchanges and completions, and general support of fee earners including some post completion work involving both land registry and companies house.
The successful candidate will be working directly with Partners and other qualified staff. They will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ general property experience and will be able to hit the ground running with a variety of duties. Client care is a priority and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service.
