My client was born with the vision of challenging and changing the legal industry by delivering the most dynamic and fundamentally commercial advice in the market. We have a clearly defined approach and a culture to be proud of, and this is an exciting time to join our fast-paced commercial legal team.
As a fresh and vibrant firm, we are growing quickly and pride ourselves on working with clients nationwide, including PLCs and household names. Our ambition is to grow our name and presence to disrupt the existing market and continue to grow our team who all enjoy what they do and have fun doing it.
We have no red-tape or archaic structure and offer a flexible and agile approach to managing our teams. Similarly, we try and support clients by way of fixed-fee and retainer pricing wherever possible, so time-recording is the exception rather than the rule. We have tripled our turnover year-on-year and have an outstanding client base across a variety of sectors.
We are looking to recruit a paralegal to join our rapidly growing Employment Team to help us service high quality and varied contentious and non-contentious work across our commercial client-base. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be flexible and have a naturally friendly approach to building client relationships.
We are open to candidates who have completed their LPC or we can offer flexibility for those who are currently studying their LPC. We will also consider candidates who have completed their qualifying law degree and who have an intention to pursue their LPC in the future.
We can offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and the opportunity to work at a firm with a genuinely exciting culture and environment.
