The Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Employment Law Paralegal with a genuine passion for Employment Tribunal litigation. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to building a long-term career exclusively within employment law and is particularly interested in contentious matters. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal matters from initial instruction through to final hearing

- Conducting legal research on employment law issues
- Liaising with clients, counsel, tribunals, and other parties
- Preparing case files and supporting solicitors in hearing preparation
