We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious matters while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, which may include:
- Commercial disputes
- Contract disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Civil litigation matters
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum [NQ–2 years] PQE (flexible depending on role)
- Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage your own caseload
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with strong client care skills
- Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
