We are seeking an experienced and motivated Immigration Paralegal to join a busy and growing legal team in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with immigration experience who is looking to develop their expertise and gain further qualifying work experience (QWE) towards solicitor qualification. The successful candidate will support solicitors and fee earners across a broad range of personal and business immigration matters, providing high-quality legal assistance and client support.

- Skilled Worker applications
- Sponsor Licence applications
- Global Business Mobility routes
- Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
- Naturalisation applications
- Other personal and business immigration matters
- Preparing detailed immigration application packs and supporting documentation.
- Conducting legal research using Immigration Rules, Home Office guidance, and relevant case law.
- Drafting client correspondence, legal submissions, and supporting documents.
- Reviewing client documentation.
