To provide high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children aged 0β5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Childcare and Development
- Provide a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
- Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
- Safeguarding and Welfare
- Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times.
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality.
- Report any concerns regarding children's welfare promptly and appropriately.
- Parent and Carer Partnerships
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Share information regarding children's development, achievements, and wellbeing.
- Support parents in promoting children's learning and development at home.
- Teamwork and Professional Development
- Work effectively as part of the nursery team.

- Nursery Environment

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.

Desirable Requirements
