Salary: £27,000–£45,000 DOE About the Role Our client is looking to recruit a Litigation Executive to join their friendly and well-established legal team based in Whitstable, near Canterbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their litigation career to join a supportive and collaborative firm.

Whether you're looking to kick start your career, a newly qualified Solicitor, or an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking to take the next step, our client is keen to hear from you.

Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you'll gain exposure to a varied caseload while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and litigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the management of a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.

Support senior colleagues on more complex cases while progressively taking responsibility for your own files.

Draft legal documents, court applications and correspondence.

Conduct legal research and assist in preparing matters for hearings, mediation and settlement.

Liaise with clients, barristers, courts and third parties throughout the litigation process.

Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Deliver a high standard of client care and build strong professional relationships.

About You Applications are welcomed from: Recently graduated with a law degree Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitors.

Candidates due to qualify shortly.

Experienced Litigation Paralegals looking to progress their career.

The successful candidate will also have: Experience or exposure to civil litigation through training or previous employment. (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
