The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated After School Club Leader to join the team at Sea Mills Primary School and Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to help lead a vibrant wraparound care provision for children aged 2-11 years. You will play a key role in delivering engaging activities, supporting staff, and ensuring children receive high-quality care in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We are looking for someone who will also:

  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Work well as part of a team while also using their own initiative
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with children and staff
  • Show warmth, care, and commitment to children's safety and wellbeing
  • Remain calm and supportive in interactions with pupils
  • Support the school's outdoor play approach, embracing our 'whatever the weather' ethos
  • Be willing to take part in training and professional development
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
