An exciting opportunity for an experienced Child Care Solicitor/Legal Executive to head up our Child Care Department.
As the head of department, you would play a key role in leading and developing the Childcare Department.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE
- Capable of leading and supervising a growing team
- Can work confidently both independently and collaboratively.
- Competent and willing to undertake their own Advocacy
- An understanding of Legal Aid procedures.
- Accredited member of the Law Society Children Law Panel and willingness to act as Supervisor for the purposes of the Legal Aid Contract.
The position is based in our head office in Ashford, just five minutes from Ashford International Station.
