Strategic Procurement Director - Construction & Development

KINGSFORD MARINA DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Procurement Director to lead the Group's procurement across all projects. You will shape strategy, manage suppliers and contracts, and drive cost optimisation to support growth and delivery of construction and property developments.

You will partner with senior management, oversee a multi-project procurement team, ensure governance, and implement process improvements and digitalisation across procurement functions.
