With both businesses entering an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a high-potential graduate to work directly with the CEO and develop towards a future leadership role within the group. The Role As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the CEO across Kingsford Estates and Let Tech Solutions, supporting strategic projects and gaining hands-on experience of how growing businesses are run. The first year will be varied and fast-paced, with responsibility increasing as you develop. Projects may include market research, financial modelling, feasibility studies, business cases, supplier and partnership assessments, process improvement and AI and automation initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders across the group and will be expected to turn information and analysis into clear, practical recommendations. Following successful completion of Year 1, you will move into a management track aligned with your strengths and career aspirations.
