The Role
As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the CEO across Kingsford Estates and Let Tech Solutions, supporting strategic projects and gaining hands-on experience of how growing businesses are run.
The first year will be varied and fast-paced, with responsibility increasing as you develop.
Projects may include market research, financial modelling, feasibility studies, business cases, supplier and partnership assessments, process improvement and AI and automation initiatives.
You will work closely with senior leaders across the group and will be expected to turn information and analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
Following successful completion of Year 1, you will move into a management track aligned with your strengths and career aspirations.

The aim is to progress into a permanent management role at the end of the two-year programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead strategic projects from inception through to completion.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies and commercial analysis.
- Build financial models and analyse business data.
- Prepare business cases, presentations and briefing papers.
- Produce management reports and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, AI and automation.
- Attend commercial, operational and product meetings.
- Support the CEO with research, analysis and ad-hoc projects.
- Track actions and ensure projects are followed through to completion.
- Work with teams and stakeholders across both businesses.

- 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
- 0–3 years' work experience.
