We are looking for a self-confident, calm, well organised and flexible individual. ILS Co-ordinators supervise students who have been set work by an absent teacher. They are not expected to teach, but must demonstrate the same level of professionalism and dedication as teaching staff to succeed in this role. This role would suit either those thinking of a career in teaching or someone who enjoys working with young people.
