As the ideal candidate you will be experienced in leading manufacturing operations across Manufacturing, Planning, Tooling , RD , Logistics and Quality. As the number 1 on site you will responsible for all elements of the manufacturing operation and be capable of liaising with sales to align the commercial and operational efforts to improve delivery and customer satisfaction. Your Key Duties and Responsibilities will involve: Ensuring that jobs are manufactured correctly cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to specification and quality requirements. Ensuring the successful introduction of new sales into the business, along with facilitating regular new business reviews.
