About the Role
After training, you’ll work independently visiting 5–20 domestic lawns daily. You’ll apply fertiliser, weed, and moss control treatments, plus use specialist machinery for aeration, scarification, overseeding, and top dressing. You’ll be the face of our business – friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Using your company iPhone, you’ll record treatments, note lawn changes, and send tailored digital reports to customers. Once trained, you’ll manage your own route with a company van, travelling directly from home to customer sites and visiting our Hurley yard twice weekly for supplies and maintenance. Typical hours: 8:00–16:00 (standard), 7:30–17:00 during spring and autumn (busier seasons). Our annualised hours system gives extra paid time off at Christmas and New Year.

- Great people skills and respect for customers and colleagues
- Pride in your work and strong attention to detail
- Enjoyment of physical, outdoor work in all weathers
- Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a van
- Turf care or horticultural experience is a bonus, not essential - but a thirst to learn is
We are equally adept at training from the ground up at the lower end of the salary band. If you already have turf or lawn care experience and can hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you too – the right fit for our company is what matters most.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary + paid lunch break
- Commission on work sold + company incentive scheme + quarterly awards
