Kingsbury Green Academy is seeking a Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to join its pastoral team.
The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour, belonging and successful outcomes for young people through a restorative approach and strong relationships.
The position is permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year) with hours 08:30–16:00, and a salary in the NJC Grade H range (FTE) with a lower actual salary for term-time arrangements.
