We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organised Teaching Assistant (Literacy, Phonics and Library Support) to join our committed and supportive team at Kingsbridge Community College. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining classroom support with the delivery of targeted phonics interventions and the day-to-day running of our library provision.

Working closely with teaching staff and the SENDCo, you will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and make strong academic and personal progress. The successful candidate will be calm, flexible and able to build positive relationships with students across all age groups, promoting confidence, independence and a love of learning.
