About this Role
Working with the Inclusion Team toaddress the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers tolearning focusing specifically on student attendance and behaviour.
You must beextremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work, be able to leadby example and to work on your own initiative. You will be a determined andresilient individual who believes that a culture of excellent behaviour forlearning and respect is vital to the progress of our students and key tosupporting them in unlocking their full potential. In fulfilling the role, youwill be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in aprofessional, prompt and confidential manner.
