We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Cover Supervisor to join our team. The primary purpose of the role is to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students remain on task and continue their learning in a calm, purposeful environment. In addition, you may be required to provide cover for other staff where needed, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the college.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications and attributes:
- A reliable, flexible and adaptable individual, able to respond confidently to the varying demands of a busy college environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive and proactive approach, and the ability to build effective relationships with students.
- A good standard of education is required, alongside the confidence to deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Experience in a school setting is desirable, particularly individuals who bring enthusiasm, commitment and a clear desire to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
