Our purpose built service is positioned with views of the Campsie Hills near the historic town of Clydebank. Our care home is proud to offer up to 66-residents the highest standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite Care, as well as Palliative Care for older adults.
Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract
- £20.28 per hour
- Contracted to 48 hours per week
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
Role Overview
As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
