King's Trust in Belfast is seeking a Youth Development Lead to drive personal development within our Foundations programme. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) will deliver engaging sessions, including outdoor activities, to help young people progress and stay engaged with our mission.
You will travel to local areas, work with partners and volunteers, and keep precise records to meet funding contract requirements, while upholding safeguarding and equality commitments.
