Why do we need Youth Development Leads?
Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with every three in four moving into a positive outcome for either work, education or training. Youth Development Leads play a crucial role in supporting young people, no matter the young person\’s background or current circumstances, to fulfil their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist young people with onboarding and engagement in our programmes.
- Identify and help remove barriers to young people\’s success.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance.
- Coordinate with employers and partners to support young people\’s learning needs.
- Deliver employability sessions directly to young people.
- Keep meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers, and partners.
- Lead initiatives to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Be ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
